Your Email Information
If you subscribe to our newsletter or purchase any products from Nite Track, your name and email address will be placed in a database. As with all other personal information, only authorized employees of Nite Track have access to this data. We do not share your email addresses to outside companies.
Nite Track does not sell or rent your email address to anyone. We may use your name and address to send you information about our products that may suit your interests.
Any email you send Nite Track will remain confidential. Sending us an email will not result in you being added to our email subscriber list. We will only add your name to our email list with your permission or if you have made a purchase.
If at any time you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please notify us by phone or through email, here. Or click on the unsubscribe link that appears at the bottom of each email we send.
If any law enforcement agency takes proper steps to require your email address from us, we must comply in that situation.
When You Order a Nite Track Product
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We implement a variety of security measures whenever you place an order or enter, submit, or access your information to maintain the safety and security of that information.
All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers. We never have access directly to your full credit card information
Do we use 'cookies'?
You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. You do this through your browser settings. Since every browser is a little different, look at your browser's Help Menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.
If you turn cookies off, some of the features that make your site experience more efficient may not function properly.
How does our site handle Do Not Track signals?
We honor Do Not Track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.
CAN SPAM Act

We collect your email address in order to:

- Process orders and to send information and updates pertaining to orders.

- Market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our clients after the original transaction has occurred.
To be in accordance with CANSPAM:
- We do not use false or misleading subjects or email addresses.
- We will identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way.
- We include the physical address of our business or site headquarters in our email messages.
- We honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly.
- We provide users an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.
If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, you can use the link provided in each email message or contact us directly with your request.
